Krona Tidewater · Wear OS & phone

The sea, all day,
at a glance.

Tides, waves and swell for the spot you care about — your beach, your break, your marina — wrapped around the same 24-hour dial. The day's tide curve on the ring, high and low right where they happen. Noon on top. Midnight at the bottom.

The ring is the sea state

Two rings. One coastline.

tide

The tide ring

The day's tide curve breathes around the dial — the band swells toward high water and thins toward low. The next high or low, with a countdown, sits in the middle.

waves

Total seas

A foam-teal band shows combined wave height for every hour — and turns warning red when storm surf rolls in.

swell

The swell ring

One tap deeper: clean groundswell vs wind chop, colored by period — gray chop to teal-green long-period lines — with height, period and direction around the dial.

your spot

A set spot, not a follower

Tides belong to a place. Pin your beach, break or marina — by name or exact coordinates — and Tidewater stays on it while Sunlight's weather keeps following you.

water

Water temperature

Sea-surface temperature for your spot, in °C or °F — independent of your air-temperature unit, because surfers think in both.

everywhere

Wrist, phone, home screen

The Tidewater rings live in the watch app, the phone app and two home-screen widgets — scrub through the next 24 hours on any of them.

Krona Tidewater is its own subscription, independent of Sunlight Premium — it works alongside any Sunlight plan (including the free one). Marine data by Open-Meteo Marine (Météo-France & regional wave models) and tide predictions by WorldTides. The Google Play listing arrives with launch.

Runs everywhere Krona Sunlight runs: any watch with Wear OS 5.0 or newer, plus the companion phone app on Android. Wave models cover oceans and coastal waters; tide stations exist along ocean coasts — Tidewater is honest when a spot has no marine data.
